Kelly Dundulė

The owner, farmer, and floral designer of Bella's Blooms Flower Co., Kelly grew up on the Millcreek land where the farm now thrives, and she founded Bella's Blooms with her husband, Matt, in 2022.

Prior to farming, Kelly built her career in accounting and finance. She has held the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials, among others, and spent 15 years in the industry before stepping fully into her passion for floristry.

Kelly leads the farm's planning: which flowers are grown, when they are planted and in what quantities. She designs almost every arrangement that leaves the farm, from retail bouquets and custom arrangements, to full wedding and event florals. She also manages the business finances and works alongside Matt in daily farm operations.

Kelly has been a member of the Athena Circle of Trust, a women's peer mentoring group in Erie, for more than a decade.

Matt Dundulis

The co-founder and farm manager of Bella's Blooms Flower Co., Matt has been involved in the business with his wife, Kelly, since its inception in 2022.

Matt's background is in wealth management and financial operations. He has held several corporate positions in the industry before leaving to work on the farm full-time in 2024.

Matt runs the farm's day-to-day operations, from the field work that gets each crop planted and harvested, to the deliveries that bring finished flowers to customers, weddings, and events across the Erie area.

He also leads all of Bella's Blooms' marketing. Matt manages the website, runs the farm's social media accounts (@bellasbloomspa on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and creates the designs you see on our t-shirts, delivery van, and so much more. As Kelly told InCommunity Magazine, "This farm would not be what it is without Matt."
